Refund and Return Policy

All Sales Are Final: We take pride in offering high-quality products, ingredients, services, and satisfaction is our top priority. However, please be advises that due to skincare & waistbeads being considered an intimate items, all sales are final. Once a purchase is complted, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged, except under exceptional circumstances outlined below.

Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds: Refund may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

  1. Defective or Damanged Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will asses the issue and, if deemed valid, provide a refund or replacement.
  2. Shipping Errors: If there is an error in the shipment of your order (e.g., wrong item sent), please contact us promptly. We will investigate the matter and, if confirmed, arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide a refund.

If you believe your situation qualifies for an exception to our all-sales-final policy, please follow these steps:

  2. Assessment: Our team will review the information provided and assess whether the circumstances meet the criteria for a refund. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
  3. Resolution: If your request is approved, we will guide you through the necessary steps for the return process or arrange an appropriate resolution.

Note: Requests for refunds under exceptional circumstances must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. There is a mandatory terms and conditions box at checkout. What does that mean? By checking I agree at checkout, you confirm that you have read and understood all listed policies. Once the terms and conditions are accepted, chargebacks cannot be initiated. If a chargeback is submitted, we will provide your agreement to all policies and procedures as evidence to your bank in dispute of the chargeback.
