Shipping policy

 

Due to the handmade and tedious nature of our work the processing times are as stated below.

Up to 14 business days for ALL orders ( traditional waist beads and products)

Please note that products can and usually will be processed much faster than the time periods stated above, and during sales and holidays it may take just a little longer (3-5 business days). Business days exclude the weekends and holidays. 

* ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please note once package has been shipped, USPS is responsible. uGlow cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages*

For packages that are shipped via standard. We are not responsible for products that read delivered on the USPS tracking information or products that were misdelivered due to lack of correct or complete address.

*If the address entered is incorrect. Please email czco112093@uglowskincarewaistbeads.com immediately with the correct address and your order number and we will happily change it for you.

There is an option to purchase express shipping at checkout. This also covers lost, stolen, and damaged packages valued at up to $100 dollars. A claim can be filed with the United States Postal Service. If you do not purchase shipping insurance this does not apply, therefore your package will not be insured under this policy. 

If your package is returned to sender due to incomplete or incorrect address there will be a $7.00 re shipping fee to ship it again for domestic orders only.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
